Independence Hall

The Millsboro Fire Company held their 2013 Annual Banquet at the Independence Hall on Saturday night. Members of the Millsboro Fire Company along with surrounding mutual Fire Company's along with guest were in attendance. Cocktails and Dinner was followed by Awards and Dancing. Years of Service from Fifty to One were awarded along with top Responders. Firefighter of the Year and Fireman of the Year were given by popular vote and performance. Burn Ban in Effect

The State of Delaware Burn Ban is now in effect and will run through September 30, 2013. This is an annual ban on burning during what's known as the "Ozone Season".
